Ever wondered how to ensure your photos and files in Dropbox are safe from prying eyes? Greg Hauw has come up with the perfect solution. He created a Universal Cloud Protection service, Ohanae Connect, which does exactly that; with many added benefits of course! One such benefit is a universal login to all your online accounts, some of which include iBanking, email, and even Facebook!

Greg: Founder and CEO

Greg is the founder and CEO of Ohanae. Its flagship product is Ohanae Connect. It was initially a platform for security and privacy, providing users with a Universal ID that acts as a credential during an online transaction.

The platform has gained recognition from the Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation (SiTF), winning the SiTF APICTA Award in 2007. Ohanae also attained the Red Herring Top 100 Global Companies Award in 2009.

Ohanae Connect reduces the need for consumers to use and remember multiple passwords. The platform has evolved to include encryption (protection) of files on a Cloud server like Dropbox. It assures users that their documents, photos, etc, will be safeguarded with military grade protection. In short, Ohanae Connect ensures that your passwords are no longer inconvenient and insecure. And your data is really private.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Greg was the Managing Director of Zenith Data Systems (Asia Pacific Region), Vice President of Advanced Logic Research (Asia Pacific Operations) and the International Sales Manager of Weanres Technology. With his many years spent in the technological industry, Greg decided to embark on his first start-up, Internet Appliances, in 1998. He later moved on to setup Mykenae in 2001, before finally finding success with Ohanae in 2006.

Visionary, forward-looking, risk-taking and resilience are just some of the traits Greg possesses. No doubt, these traits enabled Ohanae to establish a solid presence in the tech market today! Watch Gregory Hauw here as he tells us mpore about his innovation.
